Payment Details: A deposit of $200 is required to take off market which is non refundable. Payable by money order, pay pal, or credit card. Balance of payment is due at time of pick-up in cash or credit card. If shipping balance is due 10 days before shipping date by money order, pay pal, or credit card. Shipping fees are of $300 are due 10 days before shipping date by money norder, pay pal, or credit card.

Shipping in the continental United States is $300.00. Shipping price includes pet crate, food and water bowl, a sample of puppy food and all necessary paperwork in order to ship your pet.

JM Pups2Love Kennels handles all shipping arrangements. All pups shipped receive a vet check and includes a Certificate of Interstate shipment as required by the airlines.

We take all necessary steps to insure your pet is healthy prior to shipping. We prefer to use Delta Airlines, and in our many years of shipping dogs, we have all heard horror stories cencerning animals shipped by plane.

Therefor, JM Pups2Love Kennels insures all animals shipped. If due to the airlines negligence, the animal does not arrive alive, the buyer will receive a refund of the full price of the animal including the shipping charges as soon as the Airline's insurance company reimburses JM Pups2Love Kennels for damages.

The buyer must plan to arrive at the airport early in order to assure that the pup arrives safely and is in their care ASAP. The buyer must contact us as soon as the pup arrives to assure us they have received the pup and inform us of any problems.

Returns Every effort is made by JM Pups 2 Love, aka. Margaret Crawford (Seller) to insure that the puppy is delivered in a healthy and sound condition. The puppy will come with a Health Certificate and a Full Veterinarian Exam as well as the Vaccination/Worming schedule, registration papers and a Puppy Pack. *The cost of the puppy does NOT include shipping costs or fees incurred when making the payment for the puppy and/or shipping.

All expenses incurred after the puppy leaves the Seller, medical or otherwise, are the responsibility of the Buyer. By reading and signing this document, both Seller and Buyer enter into this agreement in the purchase of the above-named and identified puppy.

The Buyer agrees to RELEASE and FOREVER DISCHARGE JnM Pups 2 Love its directors, successors and assigns, and all persons on its staff who are in any way directly or indirectly connected with said purchase from all damages and causes of action, either by law or in equity, which Buyer may have or acquire or which may accrue to Buyer and/or Buyer's heirs, administrators, executors, personal representatives, successors or assigns, as a result of the purchase arising herein.
